If you are a British national in Brunei and need to apply for a full passport, you will need to apply directly to the UK Passport Service Centre for Asia in Hong Kong. The fees for visa and consular services have slightly changed due to the current exchange rate between the Pound Sterling and Brunei Dollar. Current exchange rate: GBP1 = BND2.45
